We slept in a bit today. We got up around 0800 to get ready and head down for our breakfast at the hotel. The breakfast was quite good and already has me looking forward to getting it again tomorrow. After breakfast, we headed to the Guinness Storehouse where we had tickets for the museum, along with a Stoutie (it’s when they take a picture of you and then print it onto the top of the foam of a Guinness pint to drink). It was pretty cool as it was not something I’ve done before. Unfortunately, they changed a few things so general admission no longer allows you to pour your own pint - that’s for the “Academy Experience” so we didn’t do that. But it’s all good. We then headed to the Gravity Bar where we got another free pint of our choice of beer: IPA, Hop House 13 (Lager), or Guinness. I took the Lager as I prefer the lighter beers. We then sat and enjoyed the panoramic views of Dublin from atop the Gravity Bar. Afterwards, we headed to our favorite store - Hard Rock. Got our usuals, and then headed off towards what was supposed to be Pandora. We hit a few shops on the way, grabbing last minute gifts/requests. When we reached where Pandora was supposed to be, we had found that the location no longer existed. But nonetheless, we found another and started walking onwards. On our way to Pandora we stopped at Butler’s Chocolate and grabbed some chocolate. Then we finally made our way to Pandora and grabbed our charms. Then we made our way back to the hotel and started repacking and taking inventory. We were having issues pulling up and printing the Declaration forms for returning to the US with items, so we took full inventory. We tried several computers, our phones, our tablets. Everything. Nothing would even open them and we couldn’t figure out why throughout the past month. But I had a mini notebook, so we took inventory of the items and the cost in the country’s currency and did so per country we visited. At the end, I converted to USD and then did a total count of items per person and the total USD amount in gifts we were returning with. Hopefully they won’t give us too many issues. After packing everything up (we just ordered dinner through room service after the 4th hour of doing all this), we finally settled down for bed. Tomorrow is going to be a long traveling day and we need as much sleep as possible. Here’s to coming home…
